DSA is so proud of all the participants in last week's school-wide spelling bee. They did such a great job!!!
Our event was made even more special by the presence of our Celebrity Pronouncer, WRAL's Morning Anchor, Renee Chou, and our SCRIPPS Sponsor, Lou Rollins, from the Office of Regional Affairs at Duke University. Parent turnout was amazing too!
This year's winner is 7th grader Aditi Yadav. She will go on to represent DSA at the Regional Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 19th at 9:00 am, at Baldwin Auditorium on Duke's East Campus. The event is free of charge and very exciting!
